Shipping & Returns

Order Dispatch Times:

Please note that the majority of the items available from the Binary Zone store are produced to order. We always try to get orders produced and dispatched as soon as possible but if we receive a large number of orders close together (I.E with the release of a new Psytronik title) there may be a delay with orders being dispatched. Please be patient while awaiting your items - rest assured we are doing our best to ensure the items reach you a quickly as possible.

Checking Order Status:

You can check the status of your order at any time by logging in and then viewing your account details. If the status of your order has been changed to 'Dispatched' you will know the Binary Zone goodies are on their way to you.

Postal Rates:

The postal rates are calculated according to the weight of the item/s you place in your shopping cart. The cost of posting the goods is calculated automatically by the online store using the current Royal Mail postal rates. For your protection orders above certain values use services which will allow us to track items (some will require a signature on delivery).

Overseas Orders:

If you are ordering from outside the UK your order will be dispatched using AIRMAIL postage. Once dispatched items will take approx 3-5 days to reach countries in the EU and approx 7-10 days to reach the rest of the world. If you would like tracking details for your order then you must use International Tracked & Signed as the delivery option when you place your order. Tracking information is not possible with standard Airmail delivery.

Payment Methods:

The Binary Zone store accepts payment via PayPal. Don't worry if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay for goods with PayPal using a credit or debit card during the checkout process via the PayPal Guest Checkout.

Returns:

If you receive a damaged item you must inform us within 7 days so that we can submit a claim to the Royal Mail and organise a replacement for you. In the unlikely event of you receiving the incorrect item please contact the Binary Zone Interactive team with the details of what you have received so we can organise a replacement package and the return of the incorrect item. Binary Zone Interactive will reimburse you for the postage of any incorrectly posted goods that are returned to the Binary Zone Interactive HQ.
